The Hospitality Management BSHM 4-A students will be conducting an event entitled “Recovering Strategies for Tourism Industry: Embracing the Tourism Industry in the New Normal” through virtual platform via google meet on 28th of May, 2021 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. The graduating students organized this event as one of major requirements in their On the Job Training subject. This activity will complement the college’s commitment on preparing the learners to continuously search for knowledge through a holistic education approach while accomplishing the following objectives:
1. To foster learning, inspiration and wonder and provoke conversations that matter
2. To bring together bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused relating to embracing the tourism industry in the new normal
3. To offer strategies that the tourism that the tourism industry can adopt to adjust to the new ‘normal’ following this pandemic
4. To provide clear information to the participants, travelers and businesses and limiting uncertainty (to the extent possible)
5. To instruct Hospitality students how to execute events through online platform
