Covid-19 has shaken the economy of the country. The rapid outbreak of the virus presents an alarming health crisis that the world is grappling with. In addition to the human impact, there is also a significant commercial impact being felt globally. As we currently face the unprecented health crisis, we are left with pounding questions of uncertainties that includes the progression of the country’s economic sector. Thousands of Filipino people were left with confronting issues of mass layoffs, contractualization, and lack of sources of income due to the burden of lockdown schemes brought about by the government.
In light of the legitimate calls for financial assistance and subsidies from the authorities, the notion of striving and seeking for job opportunities remain on top of the list as a vital portion of surviving the waves of the pandemic.
A job can either fulfill our desires or family needs but the important one is we eventually attain confidence and self-respect which makes us feel the part of society. It not only fetches money for better living but also provides everyday learning, and that learning doesn’t stop at particular age but continues at work also. When we work we develop new skills and learn new things. A job is something where we continuously discover ourselves, our potential and our limit of taking up more responsibilities.
