About the Guest Scientist:
Kshitij Mall obtained his Ph.D. and Masters degrees from the School of Aeronautics & Astronautics, Purdue University.
His research interests lie in the areas of Optimal Control Theory, Atmospheric Flight Mechanics, and Human-Class Mars missions.
He led the debut team from Purdue University at Mars Desert Research Station, Utah as an executive officer and an analog astronaut in 2018.
