ART FREAKS GLOBAL PEOPLE’S CHOICE CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contest Duration
The contest will run from 1st May 2021 to May 31st 2021
Eligibility
Our contest is open only to AFG website ( www.artfreaksglobal.com) members who wish to submit work. Appropriate submissions may include website or Facebook Fan Page information, in the comments section, however the art must be appropriately sized for viewing and/or have the capability of being enlarged for viewing.
Age Requirement
All contestants MUST be age 16 or over at time of entry.
Contest Entry Guidelines
No Copyright Infringement
All entries must contain copyright-free art or art released for entrant’s and public use. No unauthorized use of any copyright images, text, or other material will be accepted. Enter (ONE) PIECE OF ART ONLY and post at https://www.facebook.com/groups/Artfreakspeopleschoiceartcontest/ and include Title, Size and Medium with post.
Grand Prize Award
The First Place winners’ work will be featured for 90 days along with website and Facebook Fan Page information pinned to the start of Art Freaks Group page to be viewed by over 30,000 art lovers, galleries, collectors and artists every time they visit our group page.
The First Place winner will also have their artwork featured as a First Place Contest Winner in the profile header artwork of the group Art Freaks.
Along with the First Place winner, the top 50 will also receive Online Certificates of Contest Placement.
Additional prizes may be added at any time during the contest.
Categories Of Allowed Art
Acrylic. Graphite, charcoal, ink & scratchboard. Mixed media and collage: any materials on any surface. Oil and oil pastel: paintings done in oil-based media on canvas, board, paper, or wood. Pastel. Colored Pencil. Watercolor & Gouache. Digital: Digitally-assisted work, fractal art.
Image Requirements
All submissions must be uploaded with information requested to contest site.
JPG files that are clear and well cropped. You may post pics that have linkage to your website or Facebook Fan Page in the comments section. Entrants may post one piece of art as their entry choice.
Fees
This is a FREE contest for all artists.
Deadline
All entries must be submitted online no later than May 1st 2021 to 31st May 2021 11:59 EST.
Judging
The entry with the most “likes” at the end of the contest period wins. Contest administrators reserve the rights to disqualify any works.
Notification
The winner will be announced the first week of June 2021 as soon as the “likes” are tabulated. The results will not otherwise be made public until they are published on the Facebook People’s Choice Art Contest Page. Non-winning entrants will not be individually notified of the results.
